In dieser Abschlussarbeit beschreibe ich die Prozesse eines von mir geleiteten bibliotherapeutischen Selbsterkenntniskurses für ungarische Frauen in der Schweiz. Eine solche Gruppe hat eine Sonderstellung, in dem Sinne, daβ man sich hier vor allem mit den Themen Herkunft, Heimat, Integration, Migration, Fremd-Sein auseinandersetzt. Natürlich tauchen in Zusammenhang damit auch Fragen auf, wie: Wer bin ich? Wie kann ich meine Identität finden? Inwieweit kann/soll/will ich meine Kultur behalten? Ich erörtere deshalb auch diesen begrifflichen Hintergrund. Anhand des Ablaufs einer Sitzung stelle ich die konkrete Realisierung der Methode «Integrative Poesie- und Bibliotherapie» vor. Da ich die Theorie der Bibliotherapie zuerst in Ungarn studiert habe, mache ich einen Versuch, einige Aspekte der «Integrativen Poesie- und Bibliotherapie» und die Auffassungen der Bibliotherapie in Ungarn zu vergleichen.

Summary: Home in the luggage. A bibliotherapy course based on «Integrative poetry and bibliotherapy» method for expatriated Hungarian women living in Switzerland
In this thesis I present the approach and analyse the experiences of my bibliotherapeutic self-knowledge course designed for expatriated Hungarian women living currently in Switzerland. Such a group of individuals has a special status in the sense that it deals primarily with the topics of origin, homeland, integration, migration and being foreign. Questions such as Who am I? How can I find my identity?, To what extent can/should/will I keep my culture? characterize this status. Therefore I also discuss the conceptual background behind these. Presenting a complete session from the course as an example, I demonstrate the workflow of the «Integrative Poetry and Bibliotherapy» method. Since I first studied the theory of bibliotherapy in Hungary, I have made an attempt to compare some aspects of «Integrative poetry and bibliotherapy» and the views of bibliotherapy in Hungary.
