Zusammenfassung: „Integrative Poesie und Bibliotherapie“ im tagesklinischen Setting der Akuttagesklinik Zürich mit Fokus auf Ressourcenarbeit und Stabilisierung – ein Erfahrungsbericht
Berichtet wird von Erfahrungen im Prozess der Implementierung einer therapeutischen Schreibwerkstatt sowie“ Integrativer Literaturtherapie“ in das Therapieangebot der Akuttagesklinik Zürich, beginnend vom September 2022. Besonders ausgeführt werden soll die bibliotherapeutische Arbeit mit autobiografischen Texten sowie die poesietherapeutische Arbeit mit biografischem Material der Patienten im Gruppenformat, im Zuge der Ressourcenaktivierung, Stabilisierungsarbeit sowie der Stärkung des individuellen Selbstbezugs.

Summary: „Integrative Poetry and Bibliotherapy” within the day clinic setting of the Acute Day Clinic Zurich with focus on work with resources and patient stabilization – an experience report
The essay will report about experiences within the process of implementation of a writing workshop as well as an “Integrative Literature Therapy” into the program structure of the Akut Tagesklinik Zurich, beginning from September of 2022. Elaborated in particular will be the bibliotherapeutic work with autobiographic texts as well as the poetrytherapeutic work with biographical material of the patients in group settings, in the course of activating resources, stabilization work as well as the strengthening of individual self-connection.
